• Mark On the Issues

In the dozen years of service since his first legislative session in 2010, Mark has drafted and introduced over 200 bills under his name in the House of Delegates.

Mark has also worked with numerous bipartisan colleagues to jointly prepare bills for which he served as that legislation’s chief co-patron.

To date, over 120 of these measures have passed both legislative chambers and signed into law by Republican and Democratic Governors.

Mark’s laws solve problems in a wide range of subject matters and issues of concern to Virginians.
